Elisabeth is a two time TEDx speaker, has spoken at UN conferences, given Congressional briefings and has been featured by Forbes, Netflix, NBC, SHRM, Goop, GQ and others. She also teaches with Simon Sinek’s leadership organization and speaks on communication, culture and confidence. Elisabeth’s framework for building psychological safety in organizations through conversation landed her as one of 5 experts asked to co-author a paper with the Virgin team’s 100% Human at Work Initiative called “The Future of the Workplace: A Human Perspective” launched by Holly Branson in December 2021.

If you've seen the Netflix documentary, "Coffee For All," you may already know Elisabeth. This infinitely-curious, coffee-loving, Brooklyn-native had her first business cards at six and first product on shelves at 13. After college, business school, and 4 years on Wall Street, she started a coffee company called Caffè Unimatic, and never looked back. “Coffee For All” features the company’s origin story and takes viewers on a journey through New York and Italy watching coffee connect Elisabeth to both her past and her future.
