I can work out a more thorough biography, but I would enjoy talking about how I turned around a security culture. It involves executive buy-in for a "no blame" strategy and a lot good will efforts. As a result, I witnessed some client relationships actually *improve* after a privacy incident because we demonstrated ownership and accountability throughout the organization.
